How to file a flat insurance claim
Benefits of filing an insurance claim online:
- The Contact Centre manages the damage loss data, and thus, we are able to give automatic feedback.
- If the information you provided is not enough for dealing with your claim, our colleagues will call you back at the specified number to collect all of the necessary data.
- If an on-the-spot investigation is needed, our damage expert will contact you within 24 hours to set up an appointment for a claim expert to assess the damage.
- Our loss adjustment centre will take care of the fulfilment of the service included in the contract, after the on-the-spot assessment and after all of the necessary documents are collected.
You can file an insurance claim online by filling out the required fields and submitting the data form. The online form can only be submitted in Hungarian. For English, please download the PDF document and mail the form to the address provided.
