In its judgement, the Hungarian Supreme Court has found another insurance company guilty since in their terms and conditions about loss adjustment they asked for official documents which weren’t needed for judgement on a damage claim. Our company considers it important to inform the customer that AEGON Hungary General Corporation - as it has done in the practise of loss adjustment - insists on showing the official documents, besides the collection of documents which is needed for the judgement on the claim and which is absolutely necessary for the statement on the legal ground of the demand and numerical data.

 

We modify the regulations relating to the submission of the final judgement with the present statement for the good of the customer.
