By filling out and sending in our printed forms, you have the possibility to request documents in connection with your contract. After the arrival of the registration, our colleagues will mail the required certificate to the address which is in our records.

If you request a certificate to prove to your mortgage company that you have an existing flat insurance, first have the bank fill out the form and then with your signature send both copies to us. By fax: 06-1/476-5714 or at the above mentioned address.

If the policy of your existing insurance was damaged or lost, you can ask for a replacement by sending us a statement in reference to a lost policy.

If you have car liability insurance, you can save 10% by claiming a child allowance if the child in your household is under 15 (the date of birth is after 31st of December). The child allowance can only be given for one child and for natural person in the case of car insurance. The allowance will be deleted automatically from the beginning of the year on the 1st of January after turning 14.
The right of the child allowance discount should be proven with a birth certificate, a social security number, and the copy of the home address card, which must be attached to the statement.
